A bail bondsman is a person or firm that lends money to accuseds looking for bond to get them out of jail. It is a service that the court system has acquired to supply.
The job includes examining the situations of a criminal offender, such as his or her monetary situation and criminal background. In exchange for a fee, the bondsman promises to pay the amount of bail if the accused falls short to appear for test. Usually, the defendant is needed to offer collateral or one more form of warranty.
